The Trinity is a central doctrine in Christianity, signifying the belief in one God in three distinct persons: the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit.
Despite being three distinct persons, they are coequal, coeternal, and consubstantial, meaning they share the same essence or substance.
The Father is not the Son or the Holy Spirit, the Son is not the Father or the Holy Spirit, and the Holy Spirit is not the Father or the Son, yet all three are fully and completely God.
This concept is considered a mystery of faith, transcending human understanding while emphasizing the unity and diversity within the nature of God.
